RETURNS & EXCHANGES

While we hope you love everything you order from HRMN8, we’ve got a returns policy in place if something’s not quite right.

We accept returns within 30 days of placing your order for full-price items.
Sale items must be returned within 14 days.

These timeframes apply from the date your order was placed.

Items must be:

  • Purchased directly from the HRMN8 website
  • Unworn, unused, and in original condition
  • Returned with all tags, packaging, and hygiene stickers intact
  • Properly packaged using the provided return label

We do not accept returns of underwear or socks due to hygiene reasons.

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM

UK RETURNS

  • Exchanges are free within the UK.

  • For refunds, a £2.99 return fee will be deducted at the time we process your refund.

  • Use the prepaid return label included in your parcel.

  • Pack the item securely and include the completed return form with your order number and reason for return.

  • If your return includes both a refund and an exchange, the return is only free if the value of the exchange item(s) exceeds the refund item(s).

  • We always recommend registering your return via our RETURNS PORTAL for a secure, trackable process.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

  • Prepaid return labels are available only for UK customers.

  • All return costs from outside the UK are the responsibility of the customer.

PROCESSING TIME

We aim to process all returns within:

  • 6 days (UK) of delivery to us

  • 25 days (International) of delivery to us

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Exchanges will be processed as a new order and shipped with standard delivery.
You’ll receive an email once we’ve received and processed your return.

FAULTY ITEMS

If you believe your item is faulty, please contact us at help@hrmn8.com before sending it back. Our team will guide you through the next steps.

RESPONSIBILITY

Returned items remain your responsibility until they reach us.
Make sure items are securely packaged to avoid damage in transit.

If you're returning a garment with multiple parts or accessories, all components must be included - otherwise, we reserve the right to refuse the return.

Please retain your proof of postage in case you need to contact us.
Returns must be made per individual order. We cannot process returns if multiple orders are combined into one parcel.

Items returned outside the return window, or in a condition that shows signs of wear or washing - including makeup marks- will not be accepted.
HRMN8 reserves the right to reject non-compliant returns and send them back to the original sender.
